NETWORKING MADE SIMPLE BY DZIGBORDI

Mr Deg

"When attending public events, people often ask me how to effectively network and socialize. My advice is simple: keep it organic and authentic. Don't try too hard or come across as insincere. Instead, ask thoughtful questions, step out of your comfort zone, and engage with people who have different areas of expertise. Remember, everyone has something valuable to teach and learn.

Don't be intimidated by those with more experience; they may have made more mistakes, but that doesn't mean they're smarter. I learn something new every day from people of all levels, including interns and newcomers. Experience and knowledge are not the same as intelligence. Embrace the opportunity to learn from others and share your own insights in return."
