When the Lord wanted to make a serious deal with Abraham He told him to bring his own son. After Abraham made the decision the Lord told him from this day you're my friend.

You must do something which will provoke blessings to come. Things don't just happened even the worldly people know this.

They know if you wants their gods to bless you, you have to make a sacrifice. Do something which will push your father to bless you.

True blessings don't just come, something must push them to come.
