FINDING PURPOSE AND LOVING IT : SHYREEN

When you find the song you were born to sing, you will discover the power your voice was meant to carry.

 I have noticed there are certain songs, certain declarations, that when my voice sings them, another level of power is released. I can feel it flow out of me; like every part of me comes to attention and full participation when I sing those themes. 

I have to conclude that those songs and themes are the ones my life was made to sing. For me those consistent themes are God's faithfulness and adoration- throne room songs- songs that seem to carry heaven in their tone. When I sing those songs something almost transcendent takes place within me.

I have sung several songs like that in the Live Worship Sessions and if you have been following, you can guess which songs those were?

I hope to sing more songs like that in my lifetime. For now, I'm looking forward to sharing with you the sounds God has placed on my heart for the year 2023.
