THE RIGHT WAY TO GIVE IN A RELATIONSHIP

Since I obeyed the call on my life to counsel, lead and help singles and married build supernatural homes, I have never heard a lady say these words;

"Papa, After all Andrew did for me, he still broke my heart."

"Uncle A, after all he spent on me and helped me develop in my career, he still ended the relationship"

I've never heard such, that is not the regular anthem for women who are heartbroken with regrets from a relationship.

The usual song goes something like this;

"Papa, after all I did for Andrew, he still had the guts to break my heart".

"Uncle A, after everything I've done for that ungrateful Okon, he still served me breakfast, my God will deal with him."

"Uncle Allison, after sponsoring her through school, she now thinks I'm not good enough."

"After doing six abortions for him, he is now coming to say he needs space."

"After taking care of her family even more than I took care of mine, she now wants to marry someone else."

"After he has disvirgined me, he now realises we are not compatible."

Sadly, this is what leads to the disappointments and depression; "after all I have done for him".

Listen to me, there is nothing wrong in giving or helping out someone you are dating, but do so with wisdom.

It is foolish to collect a loan from the bank in your name all in the name of bailing out a man, or assisting your woman. I can tell you this for free, it often ends in premium tears. You are not wise at all woman, a man you are not yet married to? Use your sense sister Levitcus.

Before sponsoring a lady through school ensure that you have a guarantee of marriage; from her, from her parents, and even from her ancestors.

If giving is your nature then that's fine, please help out your partner in the little way you can, but if you know you are giving with the intention to marry this person at all cost,  then you need fresh wisdom.

Please give to your partner, the goal is to see each other become better, but there are some 'givings' you know should only happen under the confines of marriage alone.

Don't make compromises you will regret if the relationship doesn't work out.

Don't make sacrifices a wife should only make for a husband, and vice versa.

Please give sacrificially without making yourself the sacrifice.
