CLICKSCROLLS MARRIAGE
Mr Deg
In a shocking turn of events, the wine ran out on the wedding day, despite Jesus being invited to the joyous occasion. The wedding was held in a prestigious Pentecostal, Evangelical, or Orthodox Pentecostal church, with many esteemed men of God in attendance. However, the wine that was meant to be savored on this special day had already been consumed during the couple's courtship.
It's likely that the wine bottle was accidentally broken when they tried to sneak a drink, and they arrived at the wedding with a fake bottle and inferior wine. No wonder the wine ran out! They had been drinking from the bottle meant for the wedding day, using plastic bowls like it was a casual drink.
This scenario is a metaphor for the state of many marriages today. Couples invite Jesus to their wedding but don't involve Him in their courtship. They indulge in premarital intimacy, leaving them with nothing to celebrate on their wedding day. It's no wonder we see many divorces and separations shortly after the glamorous wedding.
The good news is that there is hope for redemption. If we run to God with a repentant heart and contrite spirit, He can mend broken lives and marriages. Let us learn to involve God in our relationships from the start, and not just invite Him to the wedding celebration.
